How To Reserve
When you have decided you'd like to consider a vacation at Kingshott Lake:
1. Contact us to confirm the dates you require are available. We can be contacted by email, fax, mail or telephone. 2. Request a Rental Application. An application can be sent by email, fax or mail.
3. Sign, complete and return all pages of the application to us for approval (by email, fax or mail).
4. You will be informed promptly of the status of your application and if approved we will initialize the payment process (40% deposit or full amount if vacation start date is within 30 days) dependent on the payment method you indicate on the application.
Other Booking Information
On the application you will indicate your preferred method of payment and the deposit will be initialized accordingly.
The methods of payment we accept are:
Mastercard via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use MC)
Visa via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use Visa)
PayPal Account
Money Order
Certified Cheque
Interac E-Transfer (must have an online bank account)
We only process Mastercard and Visa payments through PayPal. This ensures your sensitive information is stored and archived securely by PayPal and that your confidential information is never held by Northern Shore Escapes.
A security deposit is also due 7 days before the vacation start date. The security deposit is a minimum of $1000.00 and can be more dependent on date of stay, composition of group, purpose of vacation or other circumstances. The security deposit can be made by any of the aforementioned methods. The security deposit will be returned, provided no damages or surcharges are incurred, within a maximum of 4 weeks from your departure.
